Bouygues a dit « non » à SFR. Le conseil d’administration du groupe a décidé de ne pas donner suite à l’offre de rachat de sa filiale Bouygues Télécom. Numericable-SFR, propriété du groupe Altice, dirigé par Patrick Drahi, offrait 10 milliards d’euros pour cette acquisition.
