Supdetech Posted April 3, 2010 Report Share Posted April 3, 2010 Salut, C'est pas commun ca, de la location de nom de domaine... je ne sais pas si un prix mensuel a été proposé mais je serais curieux de le connaitre Quoi qu'il en soit, jamais je ne développerai un projet, une notoriété, une communauté etc... sur un nom de domaine qui ne m'appartient pas totalement Si le projet réussit, le propriétaire a les mains libres pour te faire acheter au prix qu'il souhaite et tu n'as pas le choix si ca échoue, il récupere toujours plus de visibilité et de référencement pour le nom de domaine, et en plus il a ramassé tous les mois... Bref, le type de montage à fuir à mon avis maintenant je ne suis pas expert, combien attendent ils d'un nom de domaine générique comme celui la ? 200 000 euros ? un million ? Il est également possible qu'un prix d'achat fixe ait été déterminé lors de la rédaction du contrat de location. WebFrance Posted April 6, 2010 Author Report Share Posted April 6, 2010 Je n'ai pas l'impression que les acheteurs se bousculent, ca doit faire un moment que le domaine doit etre proposé en leasing, mais je n'ai pas regardé de pres l'historique du domaine 12 000 dollars par mois... je m'attendais à moins quand meme pour du nom de domaine FR ca me fait penser à sex.com (dans un tout autre régistre) qui va etre remis aux enchères, il avait été acheté il y a quelques années plusieurs millions de dollars mais jamais rentabilisé depuis et j'ai l'impression que les noms de domaine génériques sont plus aussi cotés qu'avant... Ils devraient plutot demander un pourcentage sur les performances de la société le montage qui me paraitrait le plus "naturel" serait une prise de participation dans la boite qui exploiterait le nom de domaine qu'en pensez vous ?
